Recently, we teamed up with The Melbourne Promo Company, who had a client with a big problem. Their client — a learning center — needed to protect their little ones from the harsh Australian sun. They didn’t want just any hat. They needed a long-tail bucket hat designed for maximum coverage and comfort. The challenge? They couldn’t find anyone who could make it.

That’s where we stepped in. Working closely with The Melbourne Promo Company, we designed and manufactured 50 premium-quality, fully customized long-tail hats in just one month. From fabric choice to embroidery, every detail was made to fit the learning center’s needs. When the hats arrived, the kids were protected, the staff was thrilled, and our partner looked like a hero.
