Strategic Consolidation for SBS Cultural Events


The Challenge: SBS hosts a diverse calendar of cultural events throughout the year, each requiring unique branding while maintaining a strict budget.





The Solution: By consolidating merchandise development across different festivals, we maximized impact while minimizing costs.​


A primary example is our Seasonal Candle Series. We developed a high-quality, universal prototype suitable for both Diwali and Eid, using custom-printed cultural logos to differentiate the two.







The Result: This "shared prototype" strategy reduced production costs and ensured consistent quality.


Based on its popularity, we have now evolved the range to offer even more bespoke options for various events.
